On a First Name Basis
We believe knowing you is the best way to serve you efficiently. Every Managed Services client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a trusted IT advocate. We pay close attention. We learn and track information. We don’t start fresh each time you call. Our method is to develop a comprehensive understanding of your business, and to utilize this knowledge to always get right to the heart of the matter.

We offer three levels of support so that you can choose the option that is best for your business:
Our premier support plan, Unlimited Support provides coverage for your entire network including servers, networking equipment, end-users, workstations, and vendor management. You can even opt to have us handle your smartphones. This plan covers your entire IT infrastructure and includes all IT-related work. With this option you can clearly define your IT budget and know that you are covered under any circumstance.
Direct Support offers all the basic services of our Unlimited Support plan but with a fixed number of monthly support hours. This option lowers your monthly cost while maintaining full access to all of our services. You will enjoy guaranteed response time and access to phone, remote and onsite support. Should you require additional support or service beyond the contracted hours, additional hours can be purchased at a discounted rate.
Our Select Support option provides you with a dedicated account manager, guaranteed response time and remote support. Select Support's monthly base price includes one hour of remote support per month. All work is billed at a discounted hourly rate.
Remote and Onsite Support
Using VPN and remote access technologies, we support end-users directly and immediately. With screen sharing we can see the problems first hand, and help to resolve them quickly. Should you need on-premise support, we are just down the street and will be there in a flash.
Access to On-Demand Support
We reserve on-demand phone support for our Managed Service clients only, guaranteeing that you get the help when you need it.
Guaranteed Response Time
We know how important it is to get support when you need it. As a Managed Service client, you are assured a 15 minute response time.

We incorporate a suite of McAfee’s anti-virus products that include ePolicy Orchestrator, Desktop Protection, and Email Protection to defend your systems and file servers and identify and capture the latest exploits, viruses, worms and Trojans before they damage your systems and vital corporate data.
Real Time System Monitoring
We monitor the critical aspects of your network (such as RAID status, disk space, processor use, and system services) in real time so that we can detect problems and address them before they impact your business.
We take full responsibility for your backup. Leveraging fast internet connections and state-of-the-art ‘vault’ technology, we automatically backup your data to a safe and secure offsite location.
